Nathalie Makoma’s new song… too much like SNSD’s “Genie”

So I was looking around the internet and found this interesting video:

Sound familiar? The song is by Nathalie Makoma… and yes, the producer got the music from SM Entertainment.
Not sure whether they got it legally, but it’s basically the same song.

This reminds me of WheeSung’s remake of Craig David’s “Insomnia.”
Though it got good feedback from netizens and what not, it seems like Nathalie Makoma isn’t getting 100% positive feedback.

YuNa Kim and her coach part ways?!

This has been a hectic day due to this event.

I wasn’t going to post any more today, but this is something I can’t delay.
It is reported that YuNa Kim and her coach, Brian Orser, have parted ways.

The story behind this is that Coach Orser was being scouted by another figure skater. After that, there has been news/rumor all about Coach Orser and Mao Asada (YuNa’s competition and rival).

YuNa said that he “left” and Coach Orser claims, “No reason was given for the sudden and unexpected decision.”
She said she has been trying alone since June (due to whatever reason), without Coach Orser.

YuNa also posted on her Twitter account, “Would you please stop to tell a lie, B? I know exactly what’s going on now and this is what I’ve DECIDED.”
Broken English but we get what she’s saying.

HyunA’s [hair] CHANGE

Today’s blog is about one of my favorite entertainers (I call her an entertainer because she entertains), HyunA. Besides the fact that she has a part of my name (HYUN) in her name, she’s really hot (Korean guys love her).

She CHANGED her hair from blond to.. dark/light brown?

Yeah. Terrible pun, I know. (For those who didn’t get the pun, Hyuna has a single out titled, “Change.”)

The series of pictures were uploaded by HyunA herself via a self-camera or selca (Korean acronym). She commented, “Selfish Me……♥” along with the pictures. Netizens responded with, “if blond hair was sexy, brown/black is cute,” “the color of her hair is pretty and the wave(curl) is also pretty.” Also note that she has little to no make-up on in the pictures.

Now, she’s really hot because she can dance her ass off AND appearance wise, she’s hot. Oh and did I mention she has a ton of aegyo (Korean word for: acting cute, charming, basically cute overload)? Though her nickname is “Jing Jing HyunA” (translation being “Whiny HyunA” because she whines.. but us viewers see it as cute because she throws in a lot of cuteness.) She’s currently in a five person girl group called 4Minute.

YuNa Kim: 5th Most Paid Female Athlete

Forbes.com has placed YuNa Kim as the 5th most paid female athlete in the world.

The 19 year old South Korean female Olympic skater, gold medalist and holder of the world renowned (and record) 228.56 combined total points in the 2010 Winter Olympics is reported to have earned 9.7 MILLION U.S. DOLLARS (That’s 9,700,000 U.S. Dollars, folks.) from sponsors such as Hyundai, Nike, Samsung Electronics and Kookmin Bank.

I wish her the best for now and for the upcoming events in the future.
