Having once worked in a commercial bakery where they crank out those disgusting cupcakes that are $5.00 for 6, I can tell you that the “frosting” comes out of a big industrial vat, and it is nothing but partially hydrogenated YUCK with sugar and tons of food coloring. I’d gladly pay $3.00 for a real cupcake any day. Right on, Magnolia!

I think it certainly is, because if you go to shoprite or something, they sell a 6-pack for $5 or less. So if you do the math.. $3 a cupcake half the size of a shoprite brand… it’s expensive.
