Girls’/Womens’ Rooms
Why is it that women have fancy rooms? I mean, not that the house or the location is fancy, but their rooms are almost ALWAYS, 99% of the time, DECORATED. I mean, I would understand if you want to have posters or something but it’s always too much when girls do it.
I recently moved into my sister’s room because she moved out. And let me just say, there’s too much shit on the wall. First off, she has a bulletin board thing, so she could’ve had pictures up there. But noooo, she had to go outside of the board. There’s about 20 or so family pictures still on the wall, there’s huge posters of female models which she has no relation to (they’re not even THAT hot!) and she has other random objects in the room like this bottle full of origami stars and swans. By “this bottle,” I mean 5 bottles. I am amazed by the sheer amount of random garbage in her room. The bottles full of origami figures are perfectly fine, especially since she’s a girl. But like, why does she have a folded Krispy Kreme Doughnut box taped on the wall? wtf?
When you decorate your room, don’t just think of how it’s going to look. Think of how hard it will be for the person who is going to clean the room up (ie- ME). The room has so much garbage around the room I don’t know where to start. In fact, it has so much crap that I haven’t even started to clean this place up- and I’ve been in here for around a week now.
It’s too much stuff to clean up for just one Korean guy, and I wonder why she didn’t clean everything up before leaving. The men who are reading this blog may believe that women are clean. Oh boy oh boy, unless you have a sister or something, you don’t know how messy they are. Anyways, her room is a mess, women are dirty, and yada yada yada. CLEAN YOUR ROOMS, ESPECIALLY WHEN MOVING OUT!

while my room might be the plainest, least decorated room you’ll ever see… i agree that girls are dirty, dirty, dirty!
i have two sisters, so with all three of us, the bathroom (especially) is chaos. shampoo bottles everywhere, face washes… my room is totally disastrous (i won’t even go into details about all the clothes on my floor)
i want to decorate my room, though. i (probably) won’t include any folded donut boxes… but pictures and posters and collages? all a big yes. i won’t be too good with actual portable objects though, even if they’re as cute as (five) bottles filled with origami, unless they’re glued down. i’d lose them within days!

Don’t even get me started on using the bathroom sink after women use it to wash their face. The water is everywhere BUT inside the sink!

the majority of it misses the drain and hits the bathroom mirror, usually

its in the girl nature to be like that. but since your sister is moving out and you will be taking the room, she should have at least cleaned a bit or maybe ALL so that you’ll have an easier life.
but hey, its you’re sister. haha so just take it. haha
take it from me, i’m the only girl in the family and i have 4 brothers. they are like WHY THE HELL DO YOU NEED TO POST PICTURES ON YOUR TABLE. haha they dont understand it. because they are guys. haha. so they don’t really wanna come to my room, not unless they have broken heart issues or need a girl advice. lol.

Women, men all are dirty, messy if they have that kind of personality,
then there are also those who are clean and simple(believe or not)..

Ok I just stumble upon your blog since I was trying to find info on magnolia cupcakes and read your story on that. I read the name of your blog one Korean guy. I’m living in Korea now, so found your blog interesting and started looking through your stories. Anyways, I read through this story and I wanted to say that I totally agree with europeangirl. Not all women are dirty. As a women myself, I am very clean, always clean up after myself, and definitely don’t have junk all over my room or house. In fact I don’t like dirty things. So please don’t say all women are dirty. Yes it is true I have met many girls especially in college that are very dirty but not all. And like the girl before me said that’s just your sister!
