It is very obvious that you completly disliked Obama before you knew much about him from the beginning by the way that you sound. It's funny how you say that the people who voted for him and the people who like him because he is black are stupid and this and that because they think different than you. Your vocabulary and the way that you use so many opinion words to describe other people shows how uneducated and immature you truly are. You talk about others because they liked him without a good cause before they knew what he could do for the country but yet you are just as guilty as they are because you just sort of shoved him to the ground without a good cause before you, yourself, could see what he could do for the country. I, personally did not vote for Obama, for the simple fact that I do not know what he is all about and I still don't. But I can congratulate him for the things that he has accomplished and for the things that he is yet striving to accomplish. In my opinion, Mccain would not have done any better as president than Obama. Obama has the education, the influential speech, good initiative, and has not yet rested on America and trying to make things change for the better. I believe that he deserves his "props" for just that much. Yes, he still has a lot to learn and No, he is not perfect but if you can name me one president in history who was then I will leave it alone but until then, people should stop. Or until we catch him doing something ententionally to tear America down. He has enough enemies and his work load is already heavy. That is America's problem today, in my opinion, they always want to point the finger at others but need to sit down and do what they can and worry about themlelves instead of trying to figure out how they can critic everyone else. That's what I think!

I agree that it's a weird decision - but seriously, it seems all your information is gotten purely from slanted mass media outlets on TV.

Do a little research and you'll soon find out that Obama has actually been pretty busy doing the world some huge favors in regards to stability and peace.

yes. obama should not have won this..only for the fact that there were probably a bunch of others who would've been more qualified. but i dont think obama is a bad president. not the best president..but definitely not a bad one.
yes. i do agree that the majority of his votes were from people who dont know anything..but let's face it..if you're not making $150k+ salary..there's no point in voting for Mccain. and presidents never keep their promises..that's just the way it is. i dont recall how the whole government system really works, but i'm pretty sure he cant just snap his fingers and change things. i believe it's gotta go through the house, senate, congress..shit like that. haha
i cant touch much on the spending thing..cause i dont know much about how that's gonna influence me. i just know it's basically free money to "boost the economy". correct?
oh well..overall..i guess it's just picking the lesser of two evils. and obama was definitely the better choice. as for the peace prize...that's a definite no-no

The Nobel Peace prize is no longer a prize given based on the merit on one's work towards world peace. It is awarded for political reasons to whoever the Nobel Prize committee wants to fellate the most.
Obama gets the prize in exchange for his word that he'll withdraw troops overseas. He's undoubtedly shitting himself because he KNOWS he doesn't deserve it. However, he certainly isn't going to reject the prize. It's the goddamn Nobel Peace Prize, if he says no, what does that say? That he's against peace? The prize prompts the US to hasten their withdrawal.
It's not like the Committee wasn't aware of people that would have been more suitable for the prize in the spirit of actually giving the award to peace makers, or that they truly thought Obama's work thus far was noteworthy. They sent the prize to someone who could make world peace. The prize is a means to achieve peace, and a tool of its makers.
